Our company is AD Distribuzione, we are an Italian coffee roaster located in Tuscany between Florence and Siena, we are an artisanal company that works with passion at the roasting of our coffees. Our historic brand is Caffe Donatello www.caffedonatello.com and we recently launched our new brand Caffe Maucilio www.caffemaucilio.com. We work with many customers for provate label.Our range of products includes: coffee beans (250gr, 500gr, 1kg), ground coffee (250gr, 500gr), capsules (compatible with Lavazza A Modo Mio/Point and Nespresso) and compostable pods. We are also available for private labelling.Being artisanal allows us to carefully follow all the roasting process, choosing always the top-quality option in every single step, from the green coffee beans that we buy to the finish product. In particular:* all green coffee lots are inspected: we roast and taste a sample of every single lot we receive. We buy only green coffee manually harvested and processed by wet method.* We roast the coffee slowly (20/22 minutes) and at a medium intensity and we stop the roasting with fresh air (no water)* Our owner and staff are very well experienced in following the process of roasting from the entrance of the green coffee to the packaging. They intervene by looking at the beans i.e. when its time to stop roasting or they can decide when its time to put the beans in the package after roasting, depending on the harvest, the season and other conditions.
